Mediator przybrzeżny przeszkolony w Atlancie, GA, Bostonie i Cape Cod, MA oraz Tacoma, WA. Obecnie z siedzibą w Queens w stanie Nowy Jork.
Od 2008 roku jej zróżnicowana kariera mediacyjna obejmuje 12 lat mediacji w sprawach sądowych i prywatnych.
Specjalizuje się w mediacjach szczególnie nasilonych w konfliktach, zwłaszcza osób z zakazem zbliżania się, o wskaźniku zgody powyżej 95%.
Uczy „40 godz. Podstawowe mediacje” w Drake University Law School.
Pełnił funkcję asystenta mediacji w odgrywaniu ról na Harvardzie i szkolił studentów MIT w programie Negotiation and Conflict Management.
